Singing Bowl Meditation Class

June 26 @ 6:30PM-7:30PM

Class is one hour with a 45 minute meditation and is open to all fitness/meditation levels. Please wear loose fitting clothing with no buttons or zippers. Make sure to drink water throughout the day in preparation. Bring your own yoga mat and towel. There will be a mats available, however, they are first come, first serve.
