On Your Mark – Run Club

Every Thurs @ 6PM

Get your sneakers and join the club. Every Thursday, from 630P-730P, join us for a run, in partnership with premiere fitness run studio, MILE HIGH RUN CLUB. Each session will start with a 4 min dynamic warm up followed by a 30 – 40 min run, finishing with 10 – 15 min of resistance training & core work. The run will end at W New York – Downtown. Runners are then encouraged to head upstairs to our 5th Floor Living Room for the No Shower Happy Hour (live DJ and Specialty Mocktail + Cocktail Menu) to unwind.
