Singing Bowl Meditation Part 2
Aug 2 @ 6:30PM
W New York – Downtown is hosting the second in our series of Tibetan Singing Bowl Meditation classes, taught by Dyan Tsiumis.
The Tibetan Healing Bowl tradition of vibrational therapy is thousands of years old that allows sound waves to flow through the body. The vibration from the sound of the bowls allow the body to restore itself to the body’s natural state of health and peace. All participants need to do is lay and the bowls will do the rest.
Class is one hour with a 45 minute meditation and is open to all fitness/meditation levels. Please wear loose fitting clothing with no buttons or zippers. Make sure to drink water throughout the day in preparation. Bring your own yoga mat and towel. There will be a mats available, however, they are first come, first serve.
